It can be very easy for us to only see the worst in ourselves.  Like Eeoyore, our eyes are always down, our hearts always heavy, and our hope a smoldering ember in our hearts.  But the Lord has called us to a life of transformation.  It is not prideful or arrogant to recognize the spiritual victories of our lives.  Therefore, we must learn to celebrate the victories of our lives because, “You replicate what you celebrate.”  In this Psalm, David celebrates a real virtue: integrity.  He celebrates his personal integrity, his social integrity, and his spiritual integrity.
